BULLY
Last weekend I took some photos for a painting I'm about to do. My friend Josh over at Good Neighbor Bullies brought over a few of his American Bully Terriers. These dogs were beautiful with really mellow temperaments. Super sweet dogs all around. Thanks to Mike, Ana, and Deondre from 80's Baby Clothing
for coming by. Lil' D was quite the model.

The performances were slappin last night! Kon Tiki did there thang as usual, always a dope live perfomance. J Boog impressed me with one of the better live shows I've seen in a minute! Look out for J Boog cuz he's got some bangers! Much respect for my Mans Fiji in the building.. Those two together on stage was Fire. Barrington is a reggae legend and he proved why on stage last night... notice the Cerbae mash up hoodie he's wearing. Looking good mayne! My boy Rob put together a great event last night!

talent in the building..
I was going through my boy L's last album and I thought I should put a couple of you up on game. If you want to listen to some good music that is not over saturated with industry presence and hype.. cop this album and his first one too... His artist name is L matik or lil L.. it's good mobb music, he blends good beats, social consiousness, and some street swag all into the mix. One of East Palo Alto's finest!
Was reading the end of L's shout out'z and thank u'$, Can't forget about some of our boys that are gone in this world but motivate and inspire us everyday! Big Ed, Cricket, Max, and Lue... i know everybody has some love ones that have passed but give us strength when times are hard, love your peoples while we all here! yeeee!

Takashi Murakami
Went to the Geffen at MOCA last weekend for the Takashi Murakami opening. I must say I was blown away. The show was truly inspiring. Time to step up my game! If your in the LA area I highly suggest you take the time to check the show out. Show runs to Feb 11, 2008.
Please pardon the lack of photos. I was stopped immediately from taking pictures by security. I guess I wasn't slick enough.

I almost forgot it was Halloween weekend. For a minute I thought I was just surrounded by a bunch of weird art people.

DJ KRUSH was pounding out some beats.

The line was insane to get into the exhibit. Seemed more like a theme park than an art show. It went a lot quicker than expected.
